Work Experience:

Hello there! My name is Tara Santisteban and I am currently in the process of finding work in New York City as a young adult with autism. I have recently moved back to New York for college, which I am hoping to begin in the Fall Semester, and I am looking to find a solid job until then to help strengthen my working and social skills. I have more than 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, and general maintenance. My goal is to find a job where I can test my skills and prove myself as a valuable asset to a company. As you may know, it is quite difficult to find proper work as an adult with autism, so I am excited to partner with your team to start the process of building an independent lifestyle for myself and feel how rewarding it is to make my capabilities a part of the community.
