I am a friendly, kind, patient person and I am a very good listener as well. For the last two and a half years I worked in a call center in Orlando Florida as a Customer Service Representative for a contract for Unemployment. I was pretty good at helping those with there claims. I recieved amazing feedback from those that I had helped.
