• Utilizes safety checklists to maintain accurate record keeping of equipment safety inspections.
• Obtains and maintains license to operate forklift and walk behind stacker.
• Demonstrates proficiency in the above duties, responsibilities, and equipment operation through
evaluation.
• Assists with basic periodical maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Complies with all agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and
maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
| Must have dependable transportation. Able to use pallet jack, two‐wheel dollies and four-wheel carts. Able to sort and pack material for safe storage or transport. Must be able to obtain and maintain Power Industrial Truck certification. |
Actively participates in the movement of stored merchandise in a warehouse setting. Sorts and prepares
materials for shipment and / or recycling operations. Actively participates in post-retail recycling of
product. Utilizes forklift and/or walk behind stacker to load and unload materials.
