• Obtains and maintains license to operate forklift and walk behind stacker.
• Demonstrates proficiency in the above duties, responsibilities, and equipment operation through
evaluation.
• Assists with basic periodical maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Complies with all agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and
maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Must have dependable transportation. Able to use pallet jack, two‐wheel dollies and four-wheel carts. Able to sort and pack material for safe storage or transport. Must be able to obtain and maintain Power Industrial Truck certification.

Actively participates in the movement of stored merchandise in a warehouse setting. Sorts and prepares
materials for shipment and / or recycling operations. Actively participates in post-retail recycling of
product. Utilizes forklift and/or walk behind stacker to load and unload materials.
